Starbucks Coffee in Peterborough

"Simon from the counter just made my day so much better. He literally put the smile on my face from the moment I entered the coffee store and left me not only with hot coffee in my hands but as well with much better mood for the rest of my day. If only more people were like him in customer service world would be a much better place to live."

"Staff was so welcoming and friendly Coffees were fresh. Everywhere was shiny cleaned - including toilets. If you go to the north from London, this Starbucks branch is the best option to stop on your road trip"

"A Starbucks literally on the A1. Well worth a visit and a stop for comfort. When we visited, the traffic on the A1 was stop start, and the break from that refreshed us no end. Lacking a real atmosphere as it seems mainly as a truck stop. Facilities were good as you would expect."

"Stopped for a quick break heading north on the A1. Found Starbucks to be modern, clean and welcoming (which is unusual for most of the A1 services). Staff were super friendly and I will use again when heading back up the A1 in the future. Plenty parking!"

"Excellent pit stop on the A1. Grabbed a coffee had a quick pee and back on the road in no time. A lot faster then massive services where you lose an hour. Children's nappy changing in toilets. All great"

"came here on our travels as i’d never been to this starbucks before! really fancied the dragonfruit refresher but unfortunately they didn’t have the ingredients :( but they did have a birthday cake pop which was yummy! really friendly staff, also nice and quiet at this time of day (7pm) which is surprising for the A1 towards london! absolutely lovely view of the fields from the outside seating here :)"

"This is a lovely little starbucks, the staff are very nice and helpfull. However! Beware of the private run carpark. It is designed to trap you into a £100 charge if you mistakenly stop there after 9pm. There are no lights in the carpark at night and the one sign on the way in doesn't explain the terms. But it invites you in to look at the others! I drove in. If the carpark can pay for the anpr system why cant they install a gate?? Of course a gate wouldnt pay for the carpark!! SCAM!"
